Qigong is a set of exercises that incorporates slow flowing movements, visualizations, and deep breathing, while maintaining a calm meditative state of mind. There are many styles and forms of qigong, but the similarity between all qigong exercises is that the movements have been carefully crafted to help the practitioner absorb beneficial universal qi into the body. Regular practice of qigong cultivates the body’s ability to circulate and absorb healthy qi, which ultimately improves and preserves the health, well being and vitality of the practitioner.
Pangu Shengong is a unique form of qigong created by Master Ou. To learn more, you can read Master Ou's explanation here. There are 3 levels to the complete Pangu Shengong Set: the Moving form, Non-Moving form, and Advanced Condensed form. Pangu shengong is available to anyone who wants to learn. There are no age, ability or agility restrictions, and no equipment, special clothing or partners are required. There are no specifications for place or time of practice. The form is simple to learn, requires very little coordination, and only 20 minutes is necessary to complete one moving form.
