   During a qigong healing, your practitioner directs healing energy to the locations in your body where it is most needed to reestablish healthy function and
maintain wellness.
   Qigong is a set of exercises that incorporates slow flowing movements, visualizations, and deep breathing,
while maintaining a calm meditative state of mind. Regular practice of qigong cultivates the body’s ability
to circulate and absorb healthy qi, which ultimately improves and preserves the health, well being and vitality of the practitioner.
